It is no surprise that I am obsessed with ALL things music. Whether I am writing, cleaning, working out, relaxing, driving, editing or working at a coffee shop, you better believe I have different playlists for each occasion. I have an eclectic taste in general but when it comes to my workout playlist - I am really picky!

If I am getting my heart rate up, I need music that will match that. I love to feel inspired & motivated to get the best workout in that I possibly can. With that, I present to you 10 Workout Songs for Your 2019 Playlist! Some songs are old while others are new but this is what you can currently find me jamming to while I get my body moving!

  1. Forbes by Borgore Ft. G-Eazy

This song gets my heart rate going! I love starting my workouts with fun & intense beats - it sets the tone for my entire exercise!

2. 1 Hour Motivational Workout Music Mix

This link isn’t necessarily one song but this mix is so near to my heart. It is quite possible 1 million of the views on this video are specifically from me because I have listened to it so many times! This music mix helped me to rise above during my recovery and I still listen to it today! If you need to be inspired - listen to this.

3. We Are The Champions by Queen

I recently watched Bohemian Rhapsody (omg - amazing story & film if you haven’t seen it) and when they sang this song at the end, I about lost it. Beautiful song to get your mindset right!

4. 7 Rings by Ariana Grande

#SorryNotSorry I am living for this song right now! Anytime I hear it; it instantly puts a smile on my face. A smile while working out is really all you can ask for, lol.

5. Ante Up Remix - M.O.P. Ft. Busta Rhymes, Teflon & Remy Martin

It is time to get that heart rate up again! This song will never go out of style. Whether you are listening to the original or the remix, this song is bound to transform you into beast mode.

6. Unforgettable by Thomas Rhett

I told you I loved every genre! I adore country music and this song instantly puts me in an excellent mood. Fun fact: Thomas Rhett wrote this song about his wife! ::swoon::

7. Work B**ch by Britney Spears

I mean, is it really even a playlist without Ms. Spears!? This song is the epitome of gettin’ it done! I love watching her music videos for inspo when I am on the treadmill or elliptical. Those abs though!

8. I’m Not Okay (I Promise) by My Chemical Romance

I CAN’T BELIEVE IT HAS BEEN 15 YEARS SINCE THIS SONG CAME OUT! I used to jam to this song in my VW black bug with the windows down, hair blowing in the wind, singing at the top of my lungs with my girlfriends. Lol, oh, how some things will never change! I have been obsessed with this song from the beginning and love working out to it.

9. Till I Collapse by Eminem

This song was on my workout list on the blog last year & it continues to stay on it today. I never get sick of it! Till I Collapse is always the perfect song to zone into when I am fighting to stay strong at the end of a workout.

10. Heroes by Alesso ft Tove Lo

I love the message of this song. It always gives me the chills when I hear it! Heroes is the perfect cool down song.
