This past Friday, I flew into New Jersey as my sister is due to give birth this month! Although she measures early, her official due date is October 31st (my favorite holiday- Halloween!) On Saturday afternoon, I was reminiscing with my parents, and we couldn’t believe how long it had been since we all carved pumpkins together! She instructed us to close our eyes and envision it was our wedding day. She painted a beautiful picture which made us all feel as if we were right there. She continued on and had us visualize, in detail, our wedding dress as we walked down the aisle. At the end of the exercise, she had us greet our significant other and then we were to open our eyes. The class began to roar into discussion as she asked us different questions: “What did your dress look like?” Or “Were you able to envision your future husband or wife?”

The first thought in my head was, "Oh my gosh, is everything okay?" - And then I had this feeling take over me. It was quite the journey but I was ecstatic to be back as a project I was producing was going into production on June 3rd. We had four days to shoot 17 pages - piece of cake, right? LOL.
